The conference rate is $158.00 per night, including complimentary parking and internet access, in either a king bed room or a room with two double beds. The last day to make reservations as part of the conference block is Friday, September 22, 2017. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
*Attendees of the event without overnight guestroom reservations will be charged $1.50 per hour to park in any of the city parking garages located below or adjacent to the hotel.

CME for Physicians: The American Academy of Sleep Medicine designates the Michigan Academy of Sleep Medicine Fall Conference as a live activity for a maximum of 11.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. AAST CEC's: The American Association of Sleep Technologists has approved the Michigan Academy of Sleep Medicine Fall Conference for 11.75 continuing education credits (CECs).
Letter of Attendance for Others: The AMA Council on Medical Education mandates that accredited providers only offer AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ to physicians. The AAST only provides CEC's to sleep technologists. Non-physicians and non-technologists will receive a letter of attendance documenting the number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ provided at the Michigan Academy of Sleep Medicine Fall Conference.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds less a $25 processing fee will be given for cancellations received in writing to email@example.com prior to October 6, 2017.
